Planet A Ventures is an early-stage Climate Technology VC fund based in Berlin, Germany. After closing a 160M EUR fund to support impact entrepreneurs tackling climate change, the firm needed to re-strategize its founder and investor engagement and reporting. This project would have touchpoints across the Science, Branding, and Platform teams.

1. Work with a team of scientists and investors to extract key data from LCA analyses and investment assessments in order to build an industry-defining Impact Report.
2. Support the team in establishing a cutting-edge, user-friendly platform for their portfolio founders.

3. Regularly performed market analyses to understand competitors in the space.

The Platform beta and finalized Impact Report were executed at a quality above and beyond expectations, garnering collaboration opportunities from investor and founder communities alike.
